Responsibilities: - Arrange the reservations for FIT & GIT.
- Prepare Purchase orders, Confirmation letters, Guarantee letters, and invoices to back up the booking.
- Helping the supervisor to prepare and arrange a tour Packages, including prepare the journey, calculation, and the introduction of a tour packages.
- Prepare some reports for the Supervisor about the sales in the end of a month.
- Fluently in English and fluently in other languages (will be an advantage)
- Capable in Microsoft office, especially in : Word, Ex cell, Power Point, and Adobe
- Knowing the Ticketing Systems especially : ABACUS and AMADEUS
- Knowing the Procedures of Ticketing and Reservation
- Capable to create and arrange tour packages and the introduction in PDF Files in English
- Fast Leaner
Ticketing Staff (Bali - Bali) - Arrange Ticket bookings for FIT & GIT

- Having one year experience in Ticketing

Responsibilities: - Becoming a Tour Leader for a Tour Package.
- Arrange and manage the arrival and departure of Group of travelers, and measure the tour journey is running well
Requirements:
- Good Personality, Honest, and dependable
- Fluently or capable in English and other languages (will be an advantage)
- Capable for driving car and motorbike
- Graduated from Tourism school or university, preferable
- Have knowledge about Tourism and Hospitality
- Having capability to arrange, manage, and lead a group of travelers from other countries or domestic.
- Capable to build good relationship with parties especially with Government offices, Hotels & Villas, Tourism Boards.
