Management Associate Program (MAP)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• The Management Associate Program will provide you with the accelerated learning process and leadership development to prepare for a successful career with Bank Chinatrust Indonesia. Our two (2) years rotation program will expose you to enhance your capabilities through participation in a diverse array of activities include on the job training, project participation, networking, as well as formal learning sessions which will be conducted both in Indonesia and in Taiwan.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate (Master degree/S2) from a reputable local or overseas university
• Minimum GPA 3.25 (out of 4)
• Maximum 2 years working experience
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (preferably) written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving abilities
• Proactive, enthusiastic in learning, highly motivated and committed
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Age maximum 28 years old

Product & Marketing Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field with min GPA 2.75 out of 4
• Minimum of 3 (three) years professional experience in product marketing, communications, or equivalent from banking industry with a specialization in consumer loans business
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Demonstrate familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
• Passion for analysing products, customers and market dynamics
• Strong consumer and product awareness
• Proficiencies in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Responsible for both product planning and product marketing by execution throughout the product lifecycle by developing and maintaining product, pricing, sales and marketing channels, process & marketing strategy for loans product
• Familiar with formulate and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services

Compliance Senior Officer
(Jakarta Ra ya)

Requirements:

• Experience in Banking’s Compliance Management min 5 years
• Sound knowledge on banking and regulatory rules, especially in Treasury and Credit transactions
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• English is a must
• Experience in AML is an advantage
