    Credit Card Product Senior Officer

    Responsibilities:

    As a Cards Product Manager you will be responsible for the profitability of mass market credit card products. Other responsibilities are to manage loyalty marketing program and conduct some events in supporting the features, benefits and offers for the credit card products managed under this position. You are required to recommend and execute the tactical and strategic direction towards product development and product rationalisation. Apart from performing industry competitive analysis you will ensure that all product benefits, features and usage / portfolio programs are well understood and expressed by Sales Teams. The ideal candidate will encompass good collaboration with related departments to ensure quality implementation of new functionality leads to streamlined back end processes.

    The incumbent will be responsible for developing instalment programs with in-depth awareness and understanding of up-to-date market and industry trend while providing business requirements for new product and process system enhancement. Having to rationalise and competitively analyse to provide technical consultancy while ensuring smooth collaboration with operations would be a part of your role.

    This position has the responsibility towards all members of the team to receive regular performance management feedback and reviews. You will ensure that the team is kept abreast of business performance and new initiatives.

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate would need to possess 2 to 4 years of experience in product / marketing. Basic knowledge of credit card management and experience in previous projects with strong business analysis and financial skills is required. The appropriate candidate should have proven experience in team management skills. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are vital to this role. Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related discipline is preferable.

    Experience in working across the full product development life cycle with an ability to review and assimilate a significant volume of complex information will prove advantageous.
